0([42]) " (18) ﺍﻟﺼﻮﻡ ﺣﺼﻦ ﻟﻠﻔﺮﺝ ﻭﻛﺴﺮ ﻟﻠﺸﻬﻮﺓ : ﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻣﺴﻌﻮﺩ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻗﺎﻝ ": ﻳﺎ ﻣﻌﺸﺮ ﺍﻟﺸﺒﺎﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺍﺳﺘﻄﺎﻉ ﻣﻨﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺀﺓ ﻓﻠﻴﺘﺰﻭﺝ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﺃﻏﺾ ﻟﻠﺒﺼﺮ ﻭﺃﺣﺼﻦ ﻟﻠﻔﺮﺝ ، ﻭﻣﻦ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺴﺘﻄﻊ ﻓﻌﻠﻴﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﺼﻮﻡ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻟﻪ ﻭﺟﺎﺀ ([43]) " ﺃﻱ ﻭﻗﺎﻳﺔ . ﻭﻗﻮﻟﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ " : ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﺃﻏﺾ ﻟﻠﺒﺼﺮ ﻭﺃﺣﺼﻦ ﻟﻠﻔﺮﺝ " ﻳﺤﺘﻤﻞ ﺃﻣﺮﻳﻦ : ﺃﺣﺪﻫﻤﺎ : ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺃﻓﻌﻞ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻤﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﻤﻞ ﻟﻐﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﻟﻐﺔ . ﻭﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ : ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﺎﺑﻬﺎ ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻮﻯ ﺳﺒﺐ ﻟﻐﺾ ﺍﻟﺒﺼﺮ ﻭﺗﺤﺼﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺝ ﻭﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﺎﺭﺿﺘﻬﺎ : ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻮﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﺍﻋﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﻜﺎﺡ ﻭﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﻨﻜﺎﺡ : ﻳﻀﻌﻒ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻓﻴﻜﻮﻥ ﺃﻏﺾ ﻟﻠﺒﺼﺮ ﻭﺃﺣﺼﻦ ﻟﻠﻔﺮﺝ ﻣﻤﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻓﺈﻥ ﻭﻗﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﻞ - ﻣﻊ ﺿﻌﻒ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﻋﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻭﻗﻮﻋﻪ - ﺃﻧﺪﺭ ﻣﻦ ﻭﻗﻮﻋﻪ ﻣﻊ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﻋﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺤﻮﺍﻟﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺼﻮﻡ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻛﺴﺮ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻮﺓ ﻓﺈﻥ ﺷﻬﻮﺓ ﺍﻟﻨﻜﺎﺡ ﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﺸﻬﻮﺓ ﺍﻷﻛﻞ ﺗﻘﻮﻯ ﺑﻘﻮﺗﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﻀﻌﻒ ﺑﻀﻌﻔﻬﺎ .([44]) ﻭﻗﺪ ﻗﻴﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻮﻟﻪ : " ﻓﻌﻠﻴﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﺼﻮﻡ " ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺇﻏﺮﺍﺀ ﻟﻠﻐﺎﺋﺐ ﻭﻗﺪ ﻣﻨﻌﻪ ﻗﻮﻡ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻮﺟﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺨﺼﺎﺀ ﻭﺟﻌﻞ ﻭﺟﺎﺀ : ﻧﻈﺮﺍ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻨﻰ ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﺎﺀ ﻗﺎﻃﻊ ﻟﻠﻔﻌﻞ ﻭﻋﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻮﺓ ﻗﺎﻃﻊ ﻟﻪ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﻭﻫﻮ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺎﺑﻬﺔ . ﻭﺇﺧﺮﺍﺝ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﻟﻤﺨﺎﻃﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺒﺎﺏ : ﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻐﺎﻟﺐ ﻷﻥ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﻗﻮﺓ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﻋﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﻜﺎﺡ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﺑﺨﻼﻑ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻮﺥ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻌﻨﻰ ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻭﺟﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻜﻬﻮﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻴﻮﺥ ﺃﻳﻀﺎً 0
